- Ambient light provides indirect illumination from wall directly behind patient, providing glare-free lighting
- Reading light eliminates reflected glare from reading material (over-the-shoulder illumination)
- Examination light is wired for independent switching
- Nurse's night light illuminates the night stand between beds and is field adjustable for either right or left side of patient's bed
- The XL 5Way's Sequential Switch (SS) is wired to use with the manufacturer's pillow speaker. The pillow speaker is used to control the television, call the nurse and control the light.
